Anna's intro is a intro created by Annamisasa which is used by her when she logs on chat, most of the time. In Anna's intro Anna will say certain users names in caps, to indicate how awesome it is that they are on chat. There is no particular order that the names are placed in although many users for some odd reason seem to care for it.
Anna will in most cases only use first names and not usernames or nicknames unless the nicknames are given by Anna herself. However there are a couple exceptions with users who does not tell their firstname.
